We are responsible for running a family of nine hospitals across six separate sites, providing a wide range of services from comprehensive local general hospital care through to highly specialised regional and national services.
We are the main provider of hospital care to approximately Apply people in Manchester and Trafford and the single biggest provider of specialised services in the North West of England. We are also the lead provider for a significant number of specialised services including Breast Care, Vascular, Cardiac, Respiratory, Urology Cancer, Paediatrics, Women’s Services, Ophthalmology and Genomic Medicine.

The Division of Surgery comprises of 9 ward areas, including a Day Case Unit and Surgical Admission's lounge. We also have 19 operating theatres - 12 in our Main Theatre complex and 7 in the Elective Treatment Centre (ETC) and have just recently opened a state of the art Vascular Hybrid Theatre Suite within the ETC. Supported by a strong team of admin, support and management roles that form the backbone of our non-clinical infrastructure, you will deliver our values and nurse with pride, respect, empathy, consideration, compassion and dignity.
