We provide care and treatment for children, adults and older people living in the London boroughs of Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham and Hounslow, delivering services in the community (at home, in GP surgeries, care homes), hospital, specialist clinics and forensic (secure) units.
Our physical healthcare services include intermediate care services in Hammersmith & Fulham as part of the Community Independence Service partnership.
Our national, specialist and forensic services include:
  • Medium secure services on the St Bernard's Hospital site in Ealing
  • Services for people with complex and severe personality disorder at the Cassel Hospital in Richmond
  • High secure services at Broadmoor Hospital in Berkshire

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, ambitious, and motivated Band 6 RMN/ RNLD who has experience in Men's Medium Secure and Child and Adolescent Mental Health or other relevant experience working with forensic service users to join our Forensic Mental Health Services. You will be joining a team who are passionate about providing a positive experience to service users who present with complex needs.The primary focus of the role will be the assessment, diagnosis and support of service users with mental health problems.
This position will require the post holder to support the Ward Manager to provide operational management and leadership to a team of nursing staff and work effectively alongside a multi-disciplinary team. You will be closely involved in developing excellent care pathways for the service users within our service and to support recovery & user empowerment at all stages of care and treatment. We hope the post holder will help to shape the future of our service and provide high quality of care for all users of our services.
We are looking for a RMN's / RNLD's who are able to demonstrate a commitment to creative engagement with a culturally diverse population of service users, show initiative, are team players and are able to communicate ideas clearly to both professionals and service users alike. They will also need to be flexible and have the necessary skills and experience to provide high quality care that is both evidence based and client focused. The above post is offered on a permanent full time basis.
