We currently have opportunities within our busy community nursing team covering the Watford & Three Rivers locality. The HCT Community Adult Health Services are committed to delivering high quality, nursing care to patients within their own homes and offer an integrated multidisciplinary approach in helping to support patient discharge and prevention of admission to hospital.
You don't need experience to work in the community - we are happy to support your educational needs and personal development. We also offer courses to enable successful revalidation.
We have our own locality clinical quality lead who is there to support you in your development and future career aspirations. A matron for each hub - specialist palliative on site - strong links to Watford General Hospital and other London teaching hospitals which provide unique opportunities to care for acute patients in their own homes.
We also have Action Learning set monthly support meetings where you have the opportunity to share, discuss and reflect on current practice with a range of other colleagues for peer support.

A full valid driving licence and access to a car to use regularly for business purposes is essential (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
In addition to the basic salary, this post attracts a High Cost Area Supplement of 5% of basic salary subject to a minimum payment of £1,017 and a maximum payment of £1,762 per annum (pro rata where applicable).
