We're currently recruiting for a Chronic Disease Champion in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, for a high-QoF achieving Practice. The hours on offer are full time, and you will be well-supported by the friendly and approachable GPs. The surgery takes pride in it's fantastic inner-network, and it's a pleasant and positive environment to work in.
The post is offering some great employee benefits such as a top band 6 salary (in the region of £17-£18 per hour), 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and training and progression opportunities to develop your nursing career and CPD.
To be considered for this progressive opportunity, you will be trained in all areas of Chronic Diseases, and able to carry out reviews mainly in Diabetes and Respiratory. Further Treatment Room skills would also be required such as Immunisations and Cytology.
