This is a fixed-term role of up to 12 months. This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours Located in Meriden, Warwickshire, Priory Hospital Solihull is a 31-bedded hospital supporting the NHS by offering level 2 rehabilitation services for males. What you'll be doing You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our patients wellbeing. You will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of patients<ul> <li>Deliver prescribed care to a defined group within an agreed framework.</li> <li>Assess, plan and deliver, with the patient and their carer/family, nursing care which takes account of patient choice and wishes and acting as the patients named nurse.</li> <li>Accurately observe and engage with patients in order to assess their need and evaluate their progress.</li> <li>Monitor and review Nursing Care plans.</li> <li>Evaluate and respond to changes in patient's condition and needs.</li> </ul>You can find additional information in the attached job description. A qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with 6-12 months post-registration experience, holding active NMC registration and having completed a preceptorship programme. Demonstrates a positive attitude with a strong commitment to change, improvement, and quality, and is able to develop and apply flexible, innovative approaches to practice.
