What you will do:

* Perform comprehensive dysphagia assessments and provide effective management plans for adults

* Assess and treat post-stroke communication impairments, tailoring interventions to each patient

* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive patient care plans

* Document and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HCPC standards

* Utilize resources and strategies to educate patients and their families about dysphagia and communication disorders

* Travel to various locations as a car driver to deliver necessary patient support

The successful candidate must be HCPC registered and possess a valid UK driving licence, as car driving is essential for the role.
