What you will do:

* Manage complex Adult Mental Health cases and complete statutory Care Act tasks, including assessments, reviews, and care planning.

* Work closely with multi-disciplinary professionals and participate in S117 meetings, ward rounds, and Mental Health Tribunals.

* Engage with Housing and brokerage services for effective case handling.

* Handle Court of Protection applications and conduct Safeguarding Enquiries.

* Carry out duty work and prioritise workloads efficiently to handle the unique challenges of mental health social work.
