Bank Specialist Radiographer | Cath Lab | Competitive Hourly Rate | Flexible Working | Leeds - LS8

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Specialist Radiographer who specialises in the Cath Lab department to join our Staffing Bank. This role will support our Imaging at our Leeds Hospital based in Roundhay Park and will provide a flexible work/life balance.

Spire Leeds Hospital, located in Roundhay, Leeds, has been treating patients for almost 30 years. We are the region's largest private hospital in terms of the range of services we offer and the number of consultants we work with. The hospital offers a range of services and facilities including four operating theatres, a sterile services department, a dedicated endoscopy suite, and a diagnostic and imaging department with an MRI and CT scanner. There are outpatient and physiotherapy departments providing services six days per week

Duties and responsibilities;

  • Demonstrate advanced expertise in a verity of Cardiology procedures.
  • Uphold Radiation Protection regulations and safety protocols to the highest standards for staff and patients.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for the Cardiology Department in Cardiac Imaging.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot radiology equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and safety standards.

Who we're looking for;
  • BSc in Medical Imaging.
  • HCPC registered.
  • Post Graduate experience in Cardiac Imaging.
  • Experience of applying clinical reasoning to a range of complex and varied cases.
