Band 6 Inpatient Rehab Dietitian - Enfield - Up to £30 per hour

What you will do:
* Conduct thorough dietary assessments of patients in Inpatient Rehab settings, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their nutritional needs.
* Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams within the Magnolia Unit, collaborating with acute hospital providers and community teams.
* Manage your caseload autonomously, using excellent organisational and time management skills to deliver exceptional care.
* Engage in evidence-based audits or research projects to refine clinical practices, initiating positive changes within the service.
* Contribute to service protocols and the implementation of innovative practices, working closely with senior staff and the clinical lead.
Applicants must be HCPC registered and possess a full UK driving licence, as travel to patient homes, care homes, and nursing facilities is occasionally required.
