What you will do:

* Lead and manage a team of practitioners, mainly Occupational Therapists, ensuring their work aligns with person-centred and strengths-based principles.

* Supervise and provide line management to senior practitioners and team members within your service area.

* Ensure all staff are compliant with Safeguarding Adults policies, adhering to both local and national legislation.

* Manage team performance regarding Health and Social Care Key Performance Indicators and other metrics.

* Contribute to Freedom of Information requests, handle complaints, and prepare reports as needed.

Requirements:

* Hold HCPC registration and possess a valid driving license.
