What you will do:

- Conduct detailed assessments and develop intervention plans.

- Manage and oversee care proceedings, Child Protection and Children in Need cases.

- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with children, young people, and families.

- Collaborate with a range of professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.

- Provide support and supervision to less experienced team members.

For those at different stages in their careers, we have specific pay rates that reflect your experience and duties. As a Band 1 Social Worker with ASYE and at least two years' experience, earn £28.55 per hour. For Band 2 Senior Social Workers with ASYE and at least three years' experience, the rate is £30.57. Advanced Senior Practitioners and Assistant Team Managers, who include the prerequisites and manage caseloads alongside other responsibilities, can earn up to £33.30.
