Dental Practice Manager

Location: London
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Full-time

• Manage daily operations and ensure smooth practice workflow

• Lead, mentor and develop the team across clinical and administrative functions

• Oversee patient journey and treatment coordination (TCO)

• Implement effective business development strategies to grow the practice

• Monitor compliance, health & safety, and CQC standards

• Manage budgets, KPI tracking and financial performance

• Maintain excellent patient satisfaction and team morale

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental practice management role

• Proven leadership and people management skills

• Strong background in Treatment Coordination (TCO)

• Experience with business development and improving practice performance

• Excellent communication and organisational abilities

• Confident using dental software and systems
