What you will do:

Deliver high-quality medical care to patients on a general inpatient ward with dedication and attention to detail.

Administer prescribed medications using the EPMA system, ensuring patient safety and accurate record-keeping.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to formulate and implement comprehensive care plans.

Monitor patients' progress, adapting care plans as necessary to reflect changing needs.

Provide support and education to patients and their families, fostering a compassionate and caring environment.
