Job Title: Band 7 Specialist Nurse Practitioner - CAMHS Single Point of Access Team

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Band 7 Specialist Nurse Practitioner within CAMHS Single Point of Access Team based in Wandsworth. You'll be joining the dynamic mental health services team as a pivotal player, all whilst earning a highly competitive £34 per hour. Full-time hours are available, with the flexibility to work around GP surgery times, including some weekday evenings. What you will do:

* Conduct specialist assessments and high-quality evaluations within the CAMHS Single Point of Access to ensure that children and young people receive the most appropriate care pathway.

* Formulate and implement evidence-based intervention plans for young children and their families, ensuring holistic and coordinated mental health services.

* Work collaboratively with other professionals to provide mental health advice and consultations, contributing directly to the care of young clients and their families.

* Manage risks qualitatively, ensuring adherence to organisational policies, professional guidelines, and ethical considerations.

* Maintain accurate clinical records and employ outcome measures meaningfully to assess treatment effectiveness.

* Utilize your communication skills to provide consultations and training to staff across various settings and contribute to service evaluations.
