Are you ready to step into a dynamic role where you'll make a real difference? At Bedborough House, we're looking for a Deputy Manager to join our team! We offer residential support for eight autistic males and females, and people who have a learning disability.
About the role:
- As a Deputy Manager you will split your time between the office and the floor, supporting individuals.
- Flexibility required: cover evenings, occasional night shifts, and rotate on-call duties.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- A commitment to providing exceptional support.
