Hours: Full-time

Salary: £48,000 per annum (DOE)

Location: Solihull

A leading Independent Residential Childcare Provider in the West Midlands are currently looking for a Registered Manager to join them on a full-time permanent basis. Are you interested?

Within this role you'll need previous experience in the following:

• At least 2 years in management within a Children's Home
• Experience opening and registering new homes

The duties of this role would include but are not limited to:

• Work to Ofsted standards
• Manage the care team to ensure providing the best care
• On-call duties where necessary
• Indcuting new children to the home
• Aid in recruitment and ensure your stass are fully trained
