Full time : 37.5 hours per week (Fixed Term Contract to cover Maternity leave until 31st January 2026)
Shift times: Unit is Open Monday to Saturday 8am-7pm ( Flexibility required to cover opening hours)
Salary: Competitive plus 4% Shift allowance

The Lister Fertility @ The Portland is currently recruiting for a Senior Staff Nurse to cover Maternity Leave until January 2026

The Senior Staff Nurse will support the Sisters to ensure the smooth running of the LFC @ The Portland Hospital. You will act as a role model and mentor to our junior/student nurses while using those same interpersonal skills to, Above all else, you'll be part of a close team that champions collaboration, support and growth. The main duties include assisting women undergoing fertility treatments and be responsible for implementing and monitoring patient treatment cycles. Maintain effective communication channels between patients, staff and satellite services. Maintain the highest standard of clinical practice and patient care.

What you'll bring:

• NMC Registered
• Experience in IVF setting essential
• Interest in women's health
• Evidence of professional update
• An understanding of the HFEA code of practise
