Working Hours = 9am-5.30pm (Work from home 2 days/week, 3 days in the Assessment Centre)

- Do you have 12+ months of UK-based post registration experience as an NMC registered adult nurse (RGN) or HCPC registered physiotherapist or occupational therapist?

As a Functional Assessor, your primary responsibilities will be:

- Carry out Work Capability Assessments (WCA) – this is a functional assessment which looks at a range of different activities relating to physical, mental, intellectual and cognitive functions, to determine whether an individual could reasonably be expected to work or undertake work related activity.

- Preparing detailed reports and recommendations for submission to the Department of Work and Pensions

- Collaborating with colleagues to provide high-quality service to claimants?and contribute to the continued improvement and service excellence of health assessment services in the UK.

What we are looking for:

- At least 12-month’s post-registration experience gained in the UK as an NMC registered nurse or HCPC physiotherapist or occupational therapist in the UK

- Experience treating a wide range of physical conditions preferred

- Strong critical analysis and logical thinking skills

- Proficiency in IT tools for documentation and communication
