What We’re Looking For:

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

• A passion for supporting individuals in their recovery journey.

• For ward management roles: Proven leadership skills and experience in managing clinical teams and resources.
