Job Title: Registered Home Manager (Care Home) - Halifax

Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum

Are you a dynamic and experienced Registered Home Manager looking for an exciting new challenge? Howard Finley are actively recruiting for our clients fantastic opportunity for a strong leader to join their care home team in Halifax, where your expertise will be crucial in driving positive change and excellence.

About the Role: This care home is in need of a capable and dedicated manager who can bring a fresh perspective and lead the team with confidence. We are looking for someone with proven experience in peripatetic roles or consultancy within the care sector, ideally with a history of turnaround or commissioning success.

What We're Looking For:

• Registered Nurse (preferred): If you are a qualified nurse, this would be highly desirable, as it complements our clinical care environment.
• If you are not a registered nurse, we ask that you bring an additional excellence to the role, such as extensive operational expertise or a track record in delivering outstanding care home results.
• Previous experience managing care homes requiring a turnaround is essential.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong knowledge of care standards, regulatory requirements, and delivering a high standard of resident care.
