Clinical Lead Nurse - Mental Health Nurse

Salary: Up to £42,000

40 hours per week

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Clinical Lead with expertise in mental health to join our client's team. As a registered mental health nurse (RMN), you will provide leadership and support to the clinical team while delivering the highest standard of care to residents with mental health conditions.

Qualifications

Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification with a valid UK NMC Pin
Proven experience in mental health nursing, with a focus on clinical leadership
Strong understanding of mental health conditions and treatment modalities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead, supervise, and motivate a team
Commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in the workplace

Responsibilities
