We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our client's team. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health conditions.

Qualifications

RMN qualification and UK NMC PIN
Experience working in mental health settings
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively within a team
Commitment to providing person-centred care

Responsibilities

Assessing and planning nursing care requirements for patients with mental health needs
Providing therapeutic interventions and administering medication as prescribed
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of treatment and interventions
Supporting patients in their recovery and promoting their overall well-being
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports
Participating in staff training and development activities
