Senior Scrub Practitioner/Nurse

Location: Hertfordshire

Hours: 2 Vacancies – 37.5 hrs/week and 30 hrs/week (Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays)

Salary: Competitive up to £52,000 per annum, equivalent to NHS AfC Band 6/7 (based on experience)

Join our dynamic and supportive team as a Senior Scrub Practitioner/Nurse at a leading private hospital in Hertfordshire. You'll play a crucial role in delivering personalised, high-quality care within our state-of-the-art operating theatres.

Key Responsibilities:

--Provide efficient, individualized patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team.

--Support the smooth running of the Theatre Department, working with a range of specialities including orthopaedics and cosmetics.

--Adhere to all clinical policies to ensure the best outcomes for patients.

What We’re Looking For:

--NMC/HCPC registration with proven theatre experience.

--Strong clinical competence and communication skills.

--Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

--Experience in orthopaedics is a plus, but not essential.
