Band 5 Staff Nurse - RGN/RMN/RNLD

Salary: Up to £41,000

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse (RGN/RNLD/RMN) to join our client's dynamic healthcare team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment that values diversity and prioritizes the well-being of patients with complex mental health needs

Qualifications

Nursing qualification - RGN/RMN/RNLD
Valid registration with the UK Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
Demonstrated experience in mental health nursing, particularly in the areas of eating disorders, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) and general Mental Health.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
Commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice

Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and mental health
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Administering medications and treatments in accordance with professional standards and best practices
Providing empathetic support and guidance to patients and their families
Contributing to the maintenance of a safe and therapeutic environment for patients
