We are looking for a Senior Anaesthetic Theatre Practitioner to join our Theatre department. This role would suit someone who would like to train in anaesthetic for paediatrics. The Portland Hospital currently rated "Good" by the CQC. The Portland Hospital is part of the established leading private healthcare company, HCA Healthcare. Established for over 50 years.

We're the UK's largest private children's hospital with over 46 paediatric beds including a 10-bed intensive care unit, a neonatal intensive care unit, and a day case unit. The theatre team comprises of Consultants and Practitioners who have vast experience and knowledge across a range of specialties. There are many complex procedures carried out daily, across a range of acute specialities, including Gynae & Obstetrics, as well as general and paediatric surgery.
As a Senior Anaesthetic Practitioner you'll support with the assessment, planning delivery and evaluation of patient care - preparing patients and providing assistance for clinical/operative procedures while supporting across all areas of our theatres.

What you'll bring:
- Current HCPC/NMC Registration
- Post graduate experience in Theatres
- 24 months Anaesthetics experience
- Anaesthetics course
- Prepare the Anaesthetic room according to the individual needs of the patient and Anaesthetist.
