Clinical Services Manager

Salary: £45,000

Hours per week: 37.5

Requirements for the Clinical Services Manager role:

Nursing Qualification (RMN/RNLD)
Valid NMC Pin
Minimum 2 years of managerial experience within a similar healthcare setting
Strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC and other legislative frameworks
Clear DBS.

The role of a Clinical Services Manager within the Mental Health Hospital involves:

Ensuring the care and treatment delivered by the service is of high quality, safe and patient centred
Leading and inspiring the care and nursing team, maximising the potential of the team
Ensuring all the patients/residents and colleagues are safeguarded and concerns are raised
Being responsible for ensuring that all care standards, regulatory standards and other quality measurement criteria are met
Working independently with responsibility for all aspects of running the service including budgetary management and all statutory compliance

Providing direct line management for the senior management team, ensuring there is cover arrangements, including out of hours on-call, if needed

Building excellent relationships with all colleagues and regulatory bodies
