Location: Great Yarmouth
Position: Home Manager, Care Home ( Nurse / RGN / RMN )
Salary: £60,000 + bonuses
Hours: Full time
Contract type: Permanent
We are looking for a Home Manager ( Nurse / RGN / RMN ) with a proven track record in high-quality care, strong business acumen, and marketing skills. You'll lead our dedicated team with autonomy to aim to achieve an Outstanding CQC rating.
As Care Home Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality care, meeting financial targets, and maintaining full occupancy. You must be CQC-registered and familiar with relevant regulations. You'll be supported by Operations and Central teams, along with a Deputy Manager, Administrator, and Hospitality and Housekeeping teams, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional resident care.
The Care Home:
Brand new Care Home - Registered for up to 42 service users, the care home is due to open in Autumn 2024. The care home will always put the residents at the heart of everything they do - always providing the highest standards of care.
Skills and experience required:

• Previous Home Manager experience.
• NMC PIN - ( Nurse / RGN / RMN )
• The ability to engage with the service users to understand their needs in order to provide excellent services of care.
• Good working knowledge of CQC standards.
• The ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals, families, visitors and staffing team.
• Ability to promote ownership of care programs by fully involving service users and their families in developing, agreeing and evaluating care programs within the home.
