Staff Nurse - Co. Galway

TTM Healthcare Solutions in partnership with our client a Nursing & Retirement Home (51 Bedded) based in Connemara, Co. Galway are actively looking to recruit a full time Permanent Staff Nurse (RGN)

The Ideal Candidate must be/have:

* Be active on the live NMBI register.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work on your own initiative.

* Good time management

* Passion for the delivery of excellent customer service

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:

* Provide care to patients and residents based on their care plan outlined by

* their doctor

* Accurately monitor and record observations on patients' conditions

* Maintain accurate records of residents care.

* Identify care planning needs.

* Carry out risk assessment.

* Consult and coordinate with other healthcare team members.

* Direct or supervise less experienced nursing staff.

* Monitor patients' diet and exercise.

* Maintain continuing education and licensing requirements.

* Report any issues that arose during each shift.
