Sister / Charge Nurse - Oncology
London - The Harley Street Clinic - Harley Street W1G 8BJ
Hours: 37.5hrs pw (long days/nights/weekends)

We're looking for a Sister/Charge Nurse to join our Cancer Nursing team at the prestigious Harley Street Clinic, currently rated "Outstanding" by the CQC and renowned for having the most advanced private cancer facilities in Europe, combining state-of-the-art equipment with a dedicated team of oncologists and clinicians.
The ward is a Macmillan Cancer Support rated 5/5 unit comprising of 35 beds spread over two floors. It is predominantly solid tumours and the unit caters for acutely unwell oncology patients, palliative care, radiotherapy, interventional procedures and radionuclide patients.

As our new Sister / Charge Nurse you'll be responsible for leading a team of experienced SACT nurses and Healthcare Assistants in providing safe, holistic and individualised patient care.

Our clinical teams are very nurse led so you'll have more control over assessment and treatment decisions while having the support you need to develop your career, whether that's through regular development sessions from external speakers or one of our many funded courses, including masters level qualifications.

What you'll bring:
  • A current NMC Nurse registration
  • Extensive experience within the Cancer / Oncology specialty
  • SACT competency
  • Evidence of continual professional development
  • Previous management experience / training
