Clinical Practice Facilitator - Oncology
London, The Harley Street Clinic
Full Time 37.5hrs pw (Monday to Friday)

We're looking for a Clinical Practice Facilitator to join our team at the prestigious Harley Street Clinic, currently rated "Outstanding" by the CQC and renowned for having the most advanced private cancer facilities in Europe, combining state-of-the-art equipment with a dedicated team of oncologists and clinicians.

As the Oncology Clinical Practice Facilitator, you will play an important role in enhancing the professional practice of our teams. We will look to you to ensure the effective delivery of high-quality educational programs for both new and existing nursing staff, collaborating or potentially leading on the development of the onboarding process for nursing. Day-to-day you will drive educational initiatives that not only meet regulatory standards, but that elevate the standard of care we offer, using your expertise to identify practice gaps in and implementing educational activities to address them.

What you'll bring:
  • Registered General Nurse with full NMC registration.
  • Possessing a post-graduation certificate in education with a recognised mentorship qualification
  • Extensive experience in clinical education; substantive experience in relevant nursing specialty
  • Post Graduate Module in Practice Education
