We are recruiting for a Ward Manager - Surgical to join our Nursing team at the Princess Grace, currently rated "Good" by the CQC.

As an experienced Ward Manager- Surgical . You will be a highly visible role model providing professional and clinical leadership to a team of experienced and junior nurses. The role requires an individual who is consistently supportive to promote exceptional teamwork and who will be able to nurture a positive culture. You will possess excellent communication skills, and an ability to work as a team member.

This role leads and implements change within the department and encourages one HCA working across our group of hospitals.

What you'll bring:

• NMC Registered General Nurse
• Experience in strong leadership, decision making
• A cute surgical background such as A&E , surgical wards etc
• Leadership experience eg Ward Manager
• Flexible to meet the needs of the ward and services
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
