Requirements
To be eligible for this role you must have:

Up to date NMBI Registration
At least 3 years of experience in the area of Intellectual Disability working with children/adults in a residential setting
At least 3 years of experience at Managerial level and an appropriate Management Qualification
Experience working with adults with behaviours that challenge (desirable)
Experience of managing residential budgets
