Occupational Health and Wellness Nurse Lead

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Occupational Health lead to join our client based on a site in Dublin 22. This role has a huge opportunity to impact the culture and working practice of a dynamic and growing company.

As the lead for this department Customer contact and continuous relationship development will be a key part of the role you perform as well as developing the services offered by the team to customers. You will be responsible for the oversight, management, and development of the Occupational Health programs & team.

Key aspects of the role:

· You will be responsible for the service delivery and all activities and outputs relating to the Occupational health and Wellbeing team.

· Creating a culture where improving and maintaining wellbeing and good mental health is a natural and obvious part of the organisation that drives success in everyone’s personal and professional lives.

· Work collaboratively with the professional and skilled Wellbeing Team

· Align with company's Wellness & OH strategy and develop, plan and drive implementation of appropriate policies and programs

· Manage the development, maintenance, and review of the site OH programs & objectives to ensure that it meets legislative, corporate and industry requirements

· Responsible for keeping the OH Dept. up to date on best practices, new techniques, and relevant changes

· To participate with Occupational Health quality assurance process to support clinical governance.

· Collate, analysis and appropriately present occupational health data

· Manage a small team of OH Practitioners

Education/Experience:

The ideal candidates must have:

· Hold full An Bord Altranais registration

· Hold a recognised qualification in Occupational Health

· Have previous experience in a similar role
