Anaesthetic/ Scrub/ Recovery
Full time / Permanent position + Excellent Benefits + Days Only

Remit
Compass Associates are excited to be working with a leading Private Hospital in Central London on their hunt for a new Lead Theatre Practitioner to join the team. The state-of-the-art hospital contains 72 beds, a critical care unit (ITU level III), three theatres (two laminar flow theatres for specialist orthopaedics), a dedicated Day Case Unit; a JAG-accredited endoscopy suite, and a comprehensive private imaging centre.
The role will be leading the theatre department with a team of four and ensuring the day-to-day operation reflects the highest standard of governance, clinical effectiveness, and standards of care.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Theatre Practitioner or have had experience as a Lead or Senior Theatre Practitioner, using their advanced knowledge and experience to guide and support their team whilst actively being involved in the delivery of patient care.
They will be responsible for the logistical and procedural processes within the team, ensuring policy and governance is strictly adhered to whilst maintaining the smooth operation of the team.

Requirements
-Registered Practitioner with NMC/HCPC registration
-Substantial experience working within Anaesthetics, Scrub or Recovery
-Previous experience offering leadership and guidance
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Passion for delivering first- rate patient safety and care
Location
This role is based in Central London is commutable via train with the nearest stations being Stepney Green, Whitechapel and Mile End.
