Compass Associates are excited to be working with a leading Private Hospital in Bury St. Edmunds on their hunt for a new Registered Staff Nurse to join a well established and supportive team with a leading company, this is a fantastic chance for an experience RGN to working on a surgical ward you will provide first class post-surgery care to our patients. This hospital has a strong culture of education and development and is willing to develop candidates towards a range of qualifications such as ALS and SFA.

Candidate  

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical experience, preferably with previous involvement in Orthopaedics, Gynaecology, Urology and Plastics but not essential. An attitude to deliver high quality care and work as a tight unit with the nursing team is essential.

Requirements  

- Registered Practitioner with NMC/HCPC registration              

- Experience working within Orthopaedic Scrub            

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills                                      

- Passion for delivering first- rate patient safety and care  

Location              

This role is based in Bury St. Edmunds and is commutable from surrounding areas like Cambridge, Ipswich, and Colchester, Eye, Mildenhall and Chelmsford.
