Are you a newly qualified RMN looking to complete your qualification this year? We have a Preceptorship Nurse position in Swindon, Wiltshire available with a leading private mental health group in the UK, currently looking for new qualified RMN's to join their experienced team.

You will be working in a purpose built neurological centre for men and women over the age of 18 years, who have an acquired brain injury.

Duties and responsibilities of Preceptorship Nurse:

• Assist with nursing care which takes account of patient choice and wishes and acting as the patients named nurse. This includes the evaluation and review of these plans, with the patient/Service User, on a frequent basis, that is reflective of their needs
• Assist with contributing to a team approach to patient care in conjunction with all members of the Care team
• Accurately communicate with, observe and engage with residents/Service Users in order to assess need and evaluate progress
• Understand and participate in relevant quality improvement processes and clinical governance

Requirements for Preceptorship Nurse:

• Student RMN/RNLD
• Looking to complete qualification in 2022
