This well structured nursing home located in the centre of Chester is looking for a passionate nurse to join their well established team. This home is one of the only homes that do not use non-medical treatment to care for patients with dementia by rehabilitation and therapy.

The home can show a great deal of experience in caring for people with either a mental or physical disability, together with excellence relating to dementia and Alzheimer's care, for which the environment has been set up for. This Home is widely believed to be the first care centre with its own full-scale dementia-friendly petting farm. This allows the team to use a range of pet therapy and occupation therapy to address the needs of service users.

This Home has a plan to get the CQC report from a Good across the board to an Outstanding.

Staff Nurse Skills and responsibilities
Monitoring blood sugar levels and IV
Wound management

Putting together treatment plans

Liaising with GP and multi-disciplinary team

Staff Nurse Requirements
Hold a relevant nursing qualification
Be registered with the NMC
Have satisfactory references
Have the right to work in the UK
