Complex Care Assistant

Permanent - 33 hour contract

£14.05 per hour

Are you an experienced Complex Carer? If you are looking for a more person cantered role, focusing on unique 1-1 complex care which will substantially improve an individual's every-day life, effortlessly fitting into their home environments, we have a great opportunity.

This role requires a compassionate, caring, and happy team to work with our lovely client who has Muscular Dystrophy. The successful Complex Care Assistant will be proficient with Cough Assist, Oral Suctioning, Medication administration and Personal care

You could make a real difference supporting our lovely client.

The ideal candidate will have a full driving license and access to their own vehicle, or access to reliable public transport.

Shift patterns:

3 day shifts a week

8am-9pm

Requirements of a Complex Care Assistant with Innovate Care Group:

• Complex Care experience is essential
• Have the ability to recognise deterioration in both psychological and physical health
• Have an understanding of safeguarding
• Be able to fit into a family/home setting
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Be friendly, kind, and approachable
• Demonstrate commitment to providing high quality, safe effective practice
