Radiographer / Mammographer - Private Hospital

  • Salary: £27,500 - £39,000 per annum - negotiable depending on experience
  • Hours: Full time or part time hours available
  • Contract type: Permanent
About the role:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Radiographer / Mammographer to join a highly reputable private hospital based in Leeds. The Hospital has an excellent opportunity for a Radiographer / Mammographer to join our imaging team working across general and mammography functions. The hospital boasts a range of fantastic facilities and puts their patients at the heart of everything they do and is very passionate about person-centred care. The hospital offers a wide variety of services and facilities including three operating theatres, an imaging department with an MRI and CT scanner.

Duties and responsibilities

You will be working as a Radiographer / Mammographer as part of their imaging team and responsible for the following;
  • Performing comprehensive range of radiographic procedures including Plain Film, Mammography, Fluoroscopy and Theatre Radiology
  • Participate in rostered departmental on call for General X-ray
  • Provide person centred care
  • Liaise with other involved in the care of the patient
Who we're looking for
  • Diploma or Degree in Radiography
  • Valid HCPC registration with no restrictions
  • Eligible to work in the UK- WITHOUT SPONSORSHIP
  • Minimum 2 years Radiography experience in the UK
  • Minimum 1 year Mammography experience with Mammography Certificate
  • Previous experience within private healthcare is desirable
  • Strong communication skills

How to Apply:

Specification: All applicants for the role of Radiographer / Mammographer must have a Diploma or Degree in Radiography and a valid HCPC registration with no restrictions and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. Applicants must also have at least 2 years UK experience.
