Work as Clinical Lead Nurse within a Nursing Home in in Northumberland, close to the area of Newbiggin-by-the-sea. The Home is fully compliant with the CQC, and cares for up to 55 nursing residents within a homely environment. 30+ beds are nursing, and the rest of the Home is dementia and residential.
We are looking for an experienced Nurse (RGN, RNLD or RMN), to work as Clinical Lead on day shifts - 37.5 hours per week.

To apply for this role, we are happy to hear from RGN, RMN or RNLD Nurses with hands on clinical skills, and elderly care experience. You will work closely with the Home Manager and Deputy, supervising staff, providing clinical support, assisting with audits and recruitment, and liaising with families and external agencies. There are always 2 nurses in the building on days.

· The role of Clinical Lead Nurse offers an attractive salary of £19 - £21ph (negotiable on experience).

· The role is to work 37.5 hours per week on day shifts, 2 days would be leading on the floor from 8am - 8pm, and 2 days supernumery from 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm.

· The Home is set over 2 floors and split into 3 separate units
