Staff Nurse position in Hampshire for a elderly, dementia care home

Job Setting
My client requires a dedicated Staff Nurse to work within a purpose built nursing home in Andover, Hampshire. My client provides nursing services to elderly with dementia and to those requiring palliatve care. You will have excellent clinical skills and a naturally caring approach.

The home has been specially designed for those that it cares for in mind, with wide hallwas and the most up to date equipment available. There is a specialist dementia community within the home.

Staff Nurse Skills and responsibilities
Monitoring blood sugar levels and IV
Wound management
Administering oxygen
Putting together treatment plans
Overseeing a team of care assistants
Liaising with GP and multi-disciplinary team

Staff Nurse Requirements
