Domiciliary Care Manager - Commissioning role

We are currently working with an established homecare provider who are looking to hire a Registered Manager to set up a brand new branch for them in Sheffield. The client is looking for a highly competent manager who can come in and hit the ground running and take the care service to the next level. They are looking for a strategic and motivated individual with a strong work ethic who can help elevate the business.    

Candidate                  

Candidates will need to be CQC registered and have a NVQ Level 5 qualification. They will need to be a creative and dynamic individual that has experience of growing clientele within a care business. They must be highly proficient and be able to be left to their own devices as they will be responsible for helping to drive the business forward and helping to grow the company's reputation in the area. The ideal candidate will have a background of working within domiciliary care management and much experience working with elderly clients in a domicilary setting. A positive, forward thinking and very approachable personality is essential. Good understanding of the needs of people who require care and support at home and the principles of good care practice is essential for this role. This position would be ideally be suited to a Registered Branch/Care Manager looking for a new challenge.
