Compass Associates are proud to be working with a leading Independent Hospital, located minutes from Central London, who are currently in search for a Senior Anaesthetic Practitioner to join their recently refurbished state-of-the-art Theatres. This hospital prides themselves on their delivery of exceptional patient care, and offer a full range of services including Cosmetics, Cardiology, ENT, Endoscopy, Gynaecology, Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology and Urology.             

This role is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified and experienced Anaesthetic Practitioner / Senior Anaesthetics Practitioner who is seeking a new challenge within theatres. This hospital offers a range of surgical procedures, so we are welcoming applications from all theatre backgrounds. As this is a senior position, we are looking for experienced individuals who are able to lead and motivate a team and strive for clinical excellence.                                              

This is a full-time position consisting of 37.5 hour per week. The successful applicant will either be RGN trained with the accredited Anaesthetic Course and registered with NMC, or a trained ODP registered with the HCPC. Role Requirements

- RGN with accredited Anaesthetic Course or ODP Qualification

- NMC or HCPC registration                                 

- Previous experience working in the NHS or private sector

- Extensive experience within anaesthetics                 

- Proven CPD   

- Passion for high quality patient care                                

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills         

- Ability to work as part of a team

Summary

My client is seeking an experienced Senior Anaesthetic Nurse to join their team.
