Salary: £75,000 ( negotiable )

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Home Manager to join a new home based near Harrow. As this is a new home, you will be able to bring your knowledge and experience to the role and make an instant impact. The home will require a strong, experienced Manager to take the home on its journey and establish yourself and the home in the area.

You will be working for a prestigious healthcare company who have a fantastic reputation and provide outstanding care across their homes. They have won many awards and are recognised as a fantastic company to work for.

As a Home Manager you must also have the ability to understand and evaluate complex situations and use a holistic approach to problem solving, a good knowledge of financial / budget controls and be able to demonstrate a high commitment to customer focus and continuous improvement within the Home.

The successful candidate must have a proven track record of successful care home management, working in large services and maintaining Good and Outstanding CQC reports. A relevant professional qualification and a qualified nurse ( Registered Nurse / General Nurse / Adult Nurse / Mental Health Nurse ) with a valid NMC PIN. Good knowledge of care standards, CQC Policies and Procedures compliance, strong leadership and effective management skills.
