We currently operate 36 Care Homes across the UK and each is led by a team of experienced and dedicated care professionals who are committed to always prioritising the individual needs of Residents. Our warm and friendly Care Homes provide onsite residential care, dementia care, nursing care, as well as respite care, within vibrant community settings.

Our Care Home is a purpose-built home with beautiful landscaped gardens, located in an attractive part of Hounslow within walking distance of the Treaty Shopping Centre. We provide personalised long and short term nursing care to 57 residents from across West London, including those with dementia and palliative care needs.

*Review: The care and support given to Mum are excellent. Staff are willing to support family members too. Mum is comfortable and well looked after.

Induction and opportunities for development and progression :

• The Care Home offers a structured and thorough induction programme, which will include various training courses and shadow shifts before nurses get started. Nurses will also have access to clear and structured development programmes where nurses can see clear pathways to progression within the Care Home.
• Nurses will also have access to training opportunities to develop and enhance your nursing skills with ongoing support from the manager. Training and development are one of the major ethos' of the Care Home. There are no limits to training and development as the Care Home will fund any training course you would like to do that is relevant to your job role.
