Hours: 40 Hours Per week - 16hrs supernumerary/24hrs on the floor

You will be working for one of the UK's leading private healthcare companies located in over 150 locations across the UK. This home offers round-the-clock care for people who require nursing, residential and respite care. We are looking for a Clinical Lead Nurse ( Registered Nurse RGN / RGN or RNLD ) to join the friendly team. The home has an excellent reputation in the area. The current CQC overall Good. The home benefits from extra facilities not usually found in care homes including a heated pool and fitness instructors.

Role: Reporting to the Home Manager, the Clinical lead will guide and support the nursing team to continuously improve the quality of care for the residents - ensuring compliance with the clinical governance framework. You'll write and review care plans, assessing residents' individual physical, mental and social needs. Mentoring and motivating a team of nurses, you'll always champion residents' safety and dignity driving continuous improvement. As Clinical Lead you'll be required to maintain and promote relationships with GPs and medical contacts in the community and local professional bodies.
