Role : Clinical Lead Nurse ( Adult Nurse, General Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, Learning Disabilities Nurse, RMN / RGN / RNLD )

Location: Helston

Pay: £37,875

Hours: 38 hours per week including 3 Management days, and one Clinical shift (long day 12.5 hours)

Contract: Permanent

The Nursing Home in Helston is registered to care for general elderly care and dementia. You will be part of a very supportive team and provide outstanding care to all residents. The Nursing Home has a GOOD CQC and reputation. The Manager will be as flexible as possible to accommodate hours and shift patterns to suit you where they can.

Overview of role:

• To be responsible for the provision of clinical leadership in the home
• To coordinate and oversee clinical activities and the clinical team members, including the Nursing and Specialist Care teams
• To ensure compassionate, effective, and efficient delivery of high-quality clinical care for residents.
• Focus of the role is on the day to day delivery of excellence in quality care provision, ensuring all clinical governance and compliance targets are met, as well as supporting the Registered Manager and Clinical Deputy Manager.
