A fantastic opportunity has opened up as a Clinical Lead Nurse in a beautiful 71-bed nursing home in Kendal, Cumbria. With an established reputation of providing excellent care, we are looking for an RGN or RMN Clinical Lead Nurse to join the team. The role will be a full-time position with a rate of up to £21ph.

Working as the Clinical Lead Nurse you will be working a full time position on 3 days one week and 4 days the next week, with a starting salary of up to £47,000pa. The facility itself boasts a CQC rating of 'Good' in all areas, with a 9.2 rating on Apply.

As the Clinical Nurse, your main duties will be making sure the level of care goes beyond just professional standards and statutory, regulatory and legal requirements. It will mean providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence and supervising/coaching colleagues to provide a service that's unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues.
