Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 (annual) depending on experience

Pulse is delighted to be working alongside a well-respected leading specialist company in corporate healthcare, to recruit an Occupational Health Advisor. They are looking to fill a permanent, full-time position.

The key to becoming an Occupational Health (OH) Nurse is to provide a high-quality service, be compassionate, work collaboratively in a team and be able to advise the patient of policies and procedures.

We are seeking:

• Registered nurse (NMC) qualification at degree level (both part 1 and 3 of the register)
• The correct knowledge and competence in the setting
• Previous experience within an OH setting
• IT experience is necessary to be able to upload and view patient health data

Your duties will include:

• Deliver a high quality, proactive OH service
• Be responsible for providing pre-placement medical reviews, case management, supporting the employee's physical health, mental health and wellbeing
• Promote healthy working conditions; contributing to clients benefit team, health and safety and infection control teams
• Identify and prevent work-related health problems
• Provide health screening services
• Work very closely alongside a team that can consist of other OH professionals, doctors, physiotherapists, health managers and more
