Hours: 37.5hrs pw (Mon-Fri)

Fantastic opportunity for a Breast Cancer Clinical Nurse Specialist to join the team working across Harley Street Clinic & Leaders of Oncology Care

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed professional who is already an experienced cancer nurse. As a clinical nurse specialist you will also act as resource to other healthcare professionals on breast cancer treatments and supportive care issues, facilitating high quality specialist nursing care to all patients with breast cancer and their families and friends, from diagnosis, during treatment and after treatment, helping them to move forward.

You will provide clinical leadership which inspires, motivates and empowers nurses within the service and is responsible for effectively managing the financial resources, ensuring the optimal deployment of the nursing workforce to ensure high-quality patient care is delivered and monitored. your expertise will contribute to both corporate and hospital initiatives and plans, particularly in respect of changes in patient care delivery and quality.

Skills & Experience

• Registered Nurse
• Post-basic qualification in cancer/palliative care, breast cancer or relevant subject (ENB 998, 237, diploma breast care nursing)
• Extensive post registration experience, at Band 6 or above, in cancer, breast care or palliative care
• Highly developed specialist knowledge and experience
• Evidence of continued professional development
• Ability to lead and influence change
